Jane Rainey b. 1992 is a fine artist Painter based in Belfast. In 2014 Jane Graduated from Ulster University, with a first class honours in Fine art Painting. Whilst there she was recognised for artistic merit by being awarded the Deans list award for academic excellence and the John and Rachel Turner Bursary award. Jane then went on to be awarded a full scholarship to study a Masters in Fine Art at the National College of art and Design Dublin, that she completed in June 2016. Since graduation Jane has exhibited at Tulca, The headless City curated by Daniel Jewesbury and A Bounce Borrowed at The Dock, curated by Sarah Searson.
